4. Burnt Down 18th Century Manor in Södra Björnstorp

When the octagonal manor Södra Björnstorp burns down the whole community grieve the loss of the unique building. Only the outer walls from the 18th century remain and it is uncertain if the house can be rebuilt. But for Tuula and her children there is no alternative! But is it possible to recreate this historic 18th century building now, 300 years later?

5. A Fight for Nature in Lerum

The plan is to enhance the historical values of the house but since it has such a small footprint Gabriel and Elin also want to dig into the basement to maximise the space - but then Gert sounds a note of warning!

When Jette heard that the incredible Villa Solbacken from the 1880’s were to be torn down, she put in an offer and bought it! But the old summer house outside Sundsvall could not remain there - no problem, because Jette wants to live down in Blekinge anyway. For the old house it becomes a sensational trip about 1000 km south and for Jette it’s a dream come true - if she manages to pull it off!

And finally Aleks gets to do exactly what he wants! The apartment at Gamla Väster will undergo a total makeover and become a vivid colour explosion where the social spaces are at the core - very far from the white homes he has lived in before. But to go his own way turns out to be a lot more difficult than Aleks had imaged.
