Elmo tries to win a race but when he feels annoyed and tired, he learns that eating healthy food will give him energy. Elmo eats his sandwich, feels better, and is ready to race! Meanwhile, Cookie Monster tries to eat the sandwich for himself!

2. Cookie Monster's Big Puzzle

Cookie Monster has a baking puzzle to solve, a new cookie for Elmo. But Elmo's not hungry and gets frustrated when Cookie Monster doesn't listen. Cookie then understands and apologizes. Meanwhile, Abby and Grover solve a puzzle of their own.

3. Abby's Magical Beasties

Abby's magical beastie, Bubble Bug, has gone missing. She feels discouraged as she tries to find it. So, Abby does a wand wiggle and remembers to use bright light to find Bubble Bug. Meanwhile, her friends help care for her other beasties.

4. Grover's Super Suitycase

Aired: 11/10/2025

Grover sees that Elmo's feeling sad after his dad left for a work trip. He tries to make him laugh, but it doesn't work. His friends explain that he can ask how to help. Grover learns that Elmo just needs a friend who'll hold his hand.
