Lopez decides to plant a hidden microphone in the house of the already arrested boss Barone, hoping to frame Facchini as well. Meanwhile, Vitale has a minor car accident with the father of one of his daughter's schoolmates, a shady-looking man. Meanwhile, Bianca is increasingly worried about losing custody of her son. Ciccone, the new head of the SQUADRA, investigates the murder of the nephew of a powerful boss, found dead in a van. The investigation leads Vitale and his men to a disturbing lead: illegal organ trafficking.

2. The New Boss of Spaccanapoli / Giving Up Command

Lopez's death rocks the police station. While awaiting a new leader, Ciccone takes over temporarily. Sciacca and Battiston investigate a suspicious murder, while a new boss emerges: Michele Malinconico. Gabriele receives an offer from him to secure his freedom. Sciacca and Battiston investigate a hitman linked to a Colombian clan who has arrived in Naples to eliminate a group of traffickers. The operation is overseen by Ludovica Belforte, head of the Anti-Drug Unit, who implicates Spaccanapoli and reveals his ties to Malinconico. Meanwhile, Ciccone, struggling with his leadership, devotes himself to the case of a young Ecuadorian man killed, entering the world of underground fighting. Bianca, still reeling from Lopez's death, kisses a stranger who turns out to be her new colleague: Matteo Costa.

3. The Blue One / Spaccanapoli Drug Dealing

Sciacca discovers that a girl's alleged murderer is mentally unfit, but suspects the parents are hiding something. Meanwhile, Malinconico targets drug dealing centers: an ambush results in the death of a young boy, shocking the hawk Matteo Costa. During a check, Marciano and Coppola find Luana Moselli, a showgirl with bruises and a confused state. Persuaded by Sciacca and Ciccone, she reports her attackers, who, however, maintain their innocence. Meanwhile, the Hawks monitor the neighborhood, where Malinconico's blue drug is spreading. Vitale hires Gabriele as a bouncer at a nightclub frequented by drug dealers; there, Gabriel discovers the blue drug and confides in Vicky, his secret companion.

Coppola and Marciano help a student with a suspicious injury: she may be the victim of bullying. Sciacca and Ciccone investigate at school. Vitale fears that his friend, the nightclub owner, has been eliminated by Malinconico. Gabriele accepts a job at the boss's bar, but reveals to Vitale that he has a plan. Federico, disillusioned with him and Marciano, asks for a new partner. A woman is murdered at home. Her husband accuses two Romanians, but Sciacca suspects him. Matteo devises a plan to intercept Malinconico's drug dealers. Sciacca faces an internal investigation and fears for his health. Bianca attacks her ex-partner who wants custody of her son.

5. Taking the Risk / Out of Mind

During a patrol, Coppola is seriously injured by a fleeing assassin. The police station is shaken, and the investigation focuses on the ambush. Meanwhile, Gabriele, an infiltrator in the Malinconico clan, helps Vitale make a crucial discovery. Sciacca is suspended and undergoes medical tests. The team investigates a serial killer who murders young women after forcing them to use cocaine. Gabriele discovers the body of Benni's girlfriend and confides in Vitale, revealing his connection to Malinconico. His true identity as an infiltrator is thus revealed. Meanwhile, Bianca struggles to manage the crisis with her ex-partner and her son.

6. The Test / We Have No Other Choice

The body of a Nigerian woman disappears from the morgue. The investigation leads to her daughter, forced into prostitution. Behind the mother's death lies a diamond trafficking ring. Meanwhile, to protect Gabriele, Vitale reveals to Battiston and Lamberti that he is an infiltrator in Malinconico's clan. The boy risks being discovered. Federico emerges from a coma and, after a confrontation with his brother, finally discovers the truth. A woman commits suicide in front of Sciacca: years earlier, he had handled the case of his daughter's disappearance and now asks for it to be reopened. The serial killer's twin brother arrives in Italy seeking revenge. Malinconico, struggling with his daughter, who is hospitalized for a poorly cut dose of drugs, refuses to help him. Costa is increasingly worried about Bianca.

7. There Will Be No End / It's Me He Wants

Marciano and Coppola discover a crack den in a building inhabited by Sri Lankan families. The Falchi raid sparks a riot in the neighborhood. Sciacca notices a familiar face. Gabriele, under increasing pressure, is rewarded by Malinconico with the management of the Paradise and a new cell phone, which Vitale immediately replaces with a bugged one. Castillo seeks revenge on Vitale for his brother's death and has his ex-wife and daughter kidnapped. The inspector, with Lamberti, sets a trap to frame him. Battiston, Ciccone, and Sciacca manage a crisis at a call center, where an armed former employee is holding colleagues hostage. Costa, shaken by Vitale, forgets Bianca's hearing, but the two develop an understanding. Gabriele, seduced by Desiree Malinconico, continues his undercover mission, but Vicky catches him with her.

8. A Perfect System / It's Too Risky

While Gabriele reports the arrival of a large shipment of cocaine, Vitale returns to the police station and, with Lamberti, searches for Malinconico's method of evading security at the port. Sciacca and Ciccone investigate the murder of a coach, possibly linked to an affair with the mother of a young soccer player. Vicky writes to Gabriele, but the message ends up in the hands of Desiree. Sciacca fears for his health, but Battiston supports him. Castillo is about to leave Italy: to capture him, Vitale suggests posing as his prey. Marciano and Coppola investigate the poisoning of an elderly woman's dog: the woman suspects her neighbor, but only when he ends up in the hospital do the two officers begin to believe her. The suspect is untraceable. Meanwhile, Giulio runs away from home after his foster parents refuse to let Bianca see him. Matteo senses his colleague's intentions and confesses his feelings to her.

9. He Has Nothing To Do With It / He Found Out Who I Am

Vitale and Lamberti investigate customs agents corrupted by Malinconico and suspect that one of them is hiding a secret related to a previous attack. Gabriele is hidden by the boss to protect him from the Colombians. Desiree, looking for him at the police station, makes a shocking discovery. Meanwhile, an Afghan man commits a mugging and faints. Discovered to be ill, he is convicted without defending himself. Ciccone and Marciano suspect the arrest was a fraud. Desiree discovers that the police are investigating her father and, after seeing a file at the police station, reveals to Malinconico that Gabriele is the only one not named. The boss suspects him of being a spy and tests him with a false tip. Meanwhile, Sciacca reopens the case of a missing girl and follows a new lead that leads him to a video store. Bianca tries to explain to Giulio that she is now living with his father, but the boy runs away from her.
