Scott, Sarah and the twins' condo is busting at the seams. They need a space where they can relax and spread out. Sick of all the shared spaces in the condo, they are looking to expand into a house. They find bigger is not always better as the Property Brothers help them discover the need for a fixer-upper home.

2. Not Suburban or Subdivision [Nancy & Dan]

Nancy and Dan are not subdivision savvy and they are ready for the convenience of the city. Location is key as the couple is looking for a home that will not only make for an easy work commute, but also be near a park for the dog and kids to play. They also want an open living space so they can be both more productive and spend more time together. With their list of demands, the Property Brothers help them to see the possibilities a fixer-upper home can offer.

3. Empty Nesters Explore the City [Tina & James]

Tina and James are recent empty nesters, with a long list of wants. They want to downsize and move closer to the city. They want a house that's move in ready and they don't want to do any renovations. The Property Brothers help them explore dated homes and work to convince them that on a budget, a renovation is the only way to go.

4. Suburbs to City Life [Tim & Michelle]

After financially making it back into the black, Tim and Michelle are ready to leave their suburban lifestyle behind for the lights of the city. They're now taking their uptown attitude to downtown fixer-uppers. With their tight budget and high expectations, they turn to the Property Brothers for help. So it's up to Drew and Jonathan to try to show the couple the big picture and convince them they can have their downtown oasis.

5. Condo to Reno [Katherine & Jordan]

Katherine and Jordan are looking to buy a move in ready family home in a trendy neighborhood. Against the Property Brothers' advice, the couple gets into multiple bidding wars on new homes. Then, it's up to Drew and Jonathan to save the day and find the perfect fixer-upper for the couple to turn into their dream home, even as budgetary disasters, water damage nightmares, and delayed doors threaten to derail the entire project.

6. Commute to Compromise [Lica & Nicholas]

The Property Brothers must convince Lica and Nicolas to be open-minded in order to find the open concept home they want. Looking for storage space and rooms that flow well through the home, they are anxious to find and renovate their new home. Opening up a space proves to be much more challenging than initially expected.

7. Expanding the Family Fun [Jose & Connie]

Jose, Connie and their three kids need a larger space. They are stuck in a home that seems to keep getting smaller. The family loves to have fun together, but no longer have a space for it. They have a long list of what they want, and are unwilling to settle for anything less.

8. Renting to Renovating [Marianne & Steve]

Searching in a specific neighborhood, Steve and Marianne are ready to have a place of their own. They have flipped houses before, but now they have enlisted the help of the Property Brothers to find their perfect home. They are set on a specific neighborhood and have a strict budget. The Property Brothers accept the challenge to find and transform a home to exactly what Steve and Marianne want.

9. Kosher Kitchen [Liat & Zack]

Zack and Liat's kitchen lacked the space they needed. A devoutly religious family they need to keep their kitchen kosher. They have two sets of dishes, cookware and counter spaces, and their home didn't have enough kitchen space to handle it. They are looking for a new home that has the kitchen space they need and room for their family of four to grow. But on their budget, it's up to Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan to show them how unrealistic a move-in ready home would be. After choosing a house to renovate, structural problems have the couple wondering if they have made a mistake. It's up to the Property Brothers to transform this house into Zack and Liat's dream home.

10. First Home Jitters [Vincent & Helena]

First time homebuyers, Vincent and Helena, are ready to move in together in their own space. They want to find their dream home, but the Property Brothers must first give them a lesson in house hunting. Drew and Jonathan try to show the couple the potential of the homes within their price range. Then, Vincent and Helena must survive a bidding war, faulty ductwork, and countertops full of blemishes as they attempt to transform a fixer-upper into their perfect home.

11. Construction to Quiet [Mike & Avi]

Mike and Avi have been fighting construction noise around their home for two years. With their kids needing naps, the noises have become a bigger problem, and their space is now too small. They are ready to find a new home for their family and turn to the Property Brothers for help. From there, it's up to Drew and Jonathan to help the family find a home that will satisfy their need for more space in a quieter location.

12. Almost Newlyweds, Almost Home [Jay & Cara]

Soon-to-be-newlyweds, Jay and Cara, are searching for their perfect home as they plan their wedding. Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan have come in to help them find a home. Jay and Cara have plenty of things they want in their house, but don't have a budget for a move-in ready home. Now, Drew and Jonathan have to convince the couple adding renovations to their to-do list could give them their dream home and save their budgets.

13. Out of the In-Laws' House [Delecia & Dwyane]

Aired: 5/9/2012

Delecia, Dwyane and their son Dekar are living in one bedroom in Dwyane's parents' house. They are tired of living out of suitcases and boxes. They need a space of their own. They say they don't need anything too ornate, but would love to find their dream home. Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan are ready to help them find that house, but realize it might take more work than the couple would like, especially after finding aesbestos and structural issues within the house.
