1. Move and Groove

Aired: 4/21/2008

Pop singing legend Leo Sayer has re-recorded with The Wiggles his smash hit 'You Make Me Feel Like Dancing' which opens this episode. In this song The Wiggles dress in costumes inspired by the 1960s and 70s and their dances match their costumes! Of course there is lots more music - we do the hornpipe in 'A Sailor Went To Sea', we march up and down with the 'Grand Old Duke Of York' and meet some ducks, chickens and birds in 'Over In The Meadow'. The Wiggles meet their friends Captain Feathersword and Wags the Dog who re-enact an exciting fire fighting adventure. Murray and Jeff create a seaside musical landscape using a guitar, piano and animated images. Finally, Captain Feathersword plays a trick on Anthony and pretends to be a Mariachi singer!

2. Musical Landscape

Country Music star, Troy Cassar-Daley joins The Wiggles for the folk song Old Dan Tucker. The fab four of fun then don 1960s suits and do The Shimmie Shake! The Wiggles go to Captain Feathersword's dock and join Wags the Dog playing pin the feathersword on a drawing of the Captain. Anthony plays 'Who Am I?', when he dresses as a farmer in a game designed to develop skills of deduction. Sam sings the traditional nursery rhyme Pop Goes The Weasel and we see ten ballet dancing fairies in The Fairy Dance.

3. Wiggle Dance

Let's make the rhythm of the feet, hands, legs and arms as we sing and dance along with Dr Knickerbocker! Murray and Jeff Wiggle create a rural musical landscape using a guitar, piano and animated images. The Wiggles take us to Jamaica and sing and dance to The Banana Boat Song. Captain Feathersword, Anthony and Jeff Wiggle are hungry little kittens waiting to eat pie in Three Little Kittens. Murray goes to the letterbox and works out who has sent him a letter in a segment designed to develop skills of deduction. Children will love joining in with One Finger, One Thumb, which encourages fine and gross motor skills development.

4. The King of Swing

It's time to get fit with The Wiggles as they run, jump and skip with Captain Feathersword, Henry, Dorothy, Wags and their friends. Troy Cassar-Daley, one of Australia's most talented country singers lends his guitar and voice to help The Wiggles sing The Turkey In The Straw. Watch as Wags learns the real way to rock n' roll with Dorothy the Dinosaur. Murray gets a very special turtle that looks a lot like everyone's favourite captain. Join Captain and Dorothy in an English Country Garden as they sing and dance amongst beautiful flowers and insects. Out comes the stars as the ballerinas and The Wiggles sing everyone's favourite lullaby Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.

5. Bailar y Cantar

Put your seat belt on and let's go for a drive with The Wiggles! In this episode Wags digs for bones, Murray plays his guitar and Anthony cooks and eats. Don the Postman pays The Wiggles a visit and leaves them a letter, but which Wiggle is it for and who is it from? Time to La Bamba with The Fernandos as The Wiggles dance away to a traditional Mexican song. Murray gets dressed up to go to Achillia the Mouse's ball where the Wiggly Dancers show their ballroom skills, while Achillia the mouse graces us with her ballet. Then Sam sings the traditional nursery rhyme Mary Had A Little Lamb.

6. Barnyard Boogie

The Wiggles sing the classic nursery rhyme This Old Man helping children learn numeracy skills. Watch the little dog laugh, the cow jump over the moon and the dish run away with the spoon in another classic nursery rhyme Hey Diddle Diddle. Anthony and Captain Feathersword help kids use the method of deduction to identify what Anthony is dressed as. The Wiggles become cool cats and sing and dance The Mooche with some friendly street cats. Wags teaches kids about the difference between crocodiles and alligators, while Dorothy teaches kids a groovy crocodile game that encourages fitness and develops numeracy skills. The Wiggles promote a healthy lifestyle with the classic Skip to My Lou by getting children to dance along with the Wiggly Dancers.

7. The Bobby Bounce

The fab four of fun, The Wiggles accompanied by some groovy dancers dressed in vibrant colours and dancing to a very catchy tune do 'The Shimmie Shake!' Continuing with their groovy theme The Wiggles are joined by world famous singer Leo Sayer as they dance the night away. Throughout the song a variety of costumes are worn from the sixties to traditional Greek outfits. In 'You Make me Feel like Dancing', once again The Wiggles allow for the audience to gather an understanding for another culture as they sing a portion of the song in Greek whilst doing some great dancing. Dorothy teaches everyone 'The Bus Stop'. The catchy tunes and funky dance moves will have both children and parents doing 'The Bus Stop' in lounge rooms around the world.

8. The Black Velvet Band

Watch some Wiggly Dancers dance an Irish Jig to the Hornpipe in A Sailor Went To See. Join Prince Michael on his journey to find his princess in Black Velvet Band and along the way meet a butcher, a cycle maker and a florist. Jack and Jill climb up the hill to get some water but oh no, they fall back down again. Help Little Bo Beep look for her sheep - she has lost them and she doesn't know where to find them!

9. Fun in the Sun

Sam Wiggle helps children with their numeracy skills in Dr Knickerbocker as he counts up to number nine. Troy Cassar-Daley, country music star lends his guitar and vocal chords as he joins The Wiggles to sing Old Dan Tucker. The Wiggles, with the help of Captain Feathersword, help out in educating children about sun safety, such as wearing a hat and protective clothing outdoors. They are then joined by Henry the Octopus to help out with teaching children about ownership.

10. My Fair Lady!

Aired: 5/2/2008

Children can learn counting skills and also help develop their coordination in an entertaining way as The Wiggles sing One Finger, One Thumb. London Bridge is falling down, come to London and find out how The Wiggles try to fix it. Anthony, Sam, Captain Feathersword and their Wiggly friends demonstrate to children different instruments and the sounds that they make and then the Captain decides to play another fun game. Sam narrates a story about a princess and he is helped out by the Wiggly dancers as they perform the story. The Wiggles play a game with rhyming words and numbers to help children with letter sounds and counting. Wags and Dorothy help children to recognise different wild animals by playing a fun game that can be played at home.

11. So Early in the Morning

The Banana Boat Song promotes healthy eating with a groovy reggae beat and some hip sailor dancers. The soldiers are marching up the hill and then they are marching back down and stopping in the middle where they are neither up nor down in A Grand Old Duke Of York. A beautiful ballerina dances with a big fluffy teddy bear getting ready to go to bed in Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear. Here we go Round the Mulberry Bush teaches children about good hygiene such as washing their hands, washing clothes, sweeping the floor, and brushing one's hair. The Captain plays a fun game using poetry then plays a rhyming game with Sam and Jeff.

12. Soy Capitan!

Aired: 5/6/2008

Some beautiful dancers dance the ballet with Dorothy in colourful tutus in The Fairy Dance, while The Wiggles sing a counting song. In La Bamba the audience is exposed to Mexican culture as they wear Mariachi suits and do traditional salsa dancing. Anthony is joined by some talented ballet dancers, teaching kids some special ballet moves and Captain decides to play a little joke. Little Miss Muffet, the classic nursery rhyme is played out by a wiggly dance. It also has a very familiar pirate playing the spider that scares little Miss Muffet off her tuffet. Painting a picture with music, Murray and Jeff use the audience's help to make a beautiful beach painting. This segment engages the audience to use their imagination to paint a beautiful picture.

13. Together We Live So Happily

Promoting a healthy lifestyle by encouraging children to get outdoors and go for a walk, Sam Wiggle sings A Frog Went A Walking. The Wiggles go for a drive in the Big Red Car, while the wiggly friends do some of their favourite things like cook and dance. Children are encouraged to observe and use their mind in a fun way to help Sam Wiggle identify what Anthony has dressed up as today. Over In The Meadow some friendly animals join Sam in helping kids with counting. Henry the Octupus informs Anthony about the Gawa people and their culture. Henry produces a map and shows the audience where the Gawa people reside. Henry then takes us all on a trip to visit the Gawa people and have a visual experience of their culture. Promoting healthy lifestyle choices by wearing a hat and applying sunscreen Sam has so much fun down at the beach with Dorothy, Wags, Henry and Captain Feathersword.

14. Oh, Captain!

The Wiggles teach children about colours and the importance of communication and being friendly, through such means as introducing themselves and saying hello. They also develop children's numeracy skills through the classic nursery rhyme This Old Man. Anthony is joined by some Wiggly Dancers dressed up as cowboys, however one of the cowboys looks a lot like the friendly pirate, Captain Feathersword. The Wiggles put on their best suits and dance and play a Swedish Rhapsody at Achillia the Mouse's ball. They are then joined by a ballet dancing mouse and some special ballroom dancing friends. Sam sings a special version of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, accompanied by some beautiful ballerinas. Dorothy the Dinosaur teaches Wags the Dog all about homophones, where words that are pronounced the same have different meanings. Murray with his special guitars and Jeff with his keyboard ask for the audience to help them paint a picture of the meadow.

15. The Biggest Smile of All

Children will love The Wiggles version of Hey Diddle Diddle as some of our favourite Wiggles characters help tell this nursery rhyme. Dressed in vibrant colours, The Wiggles team up with Leo Sayer to sing the smash hit You Make Me Feel like Dancing. Children will enjoy The Wiggles great costumes and the Wiggly Dancers groovy moves. Anthony gets the audience involved in discovering who sent The Wiggles a letter by using the power of deduction and their minds. The Wiggles and Captain Feathersword help out Wags the Dog who has lost his bone. Some groovy cats join The Wiggles and dance to The Mooche in Wiggle town. The audience helps the Captain discover what Anthony is dressed as by looking at items of his clothing. With the fast paced song One Finger, One Thumb The Wiggles help children to develop movement skills.

16. The Queen of the Land

Come see the circus as Jeff and Murray get your help to paint their circus picture. Join Prince Michael on his journey to find his princess in Black Velvet Band and along the way meet a butcher, a cycle maker and a florist. Anthony is joined by some friendly farmyard animals, and educates the audience about some interesting facts about cows. Captain Feathersword plays a game with Anthony and dresses up as a cow. Thankfully the audience help Anthony discover that Captain Feathersword isn't a farm animal. The Wiggly Dancers help The Wiggles sing and dance to A Sailor Went To See. Watch as they dress up as sailors and dance to a Hornpipe. It's time to sing and spell with The Wiggles as they teach children how various words are spelt and what they stand for.

17. Get the Rhythm of the Hips

A number of soldiers are marching up the hill and then they are marching back down and stopping in the middle where they are neither up nor down in The Grand Old Duke Of York. The Wiggles play a fun game of I Spy. This game helps to learn the different letters, the sounds they make and what words start with each letter. The Wiggles with the help of everyone's favorite pirate, Captain Feathersword, promote a healthy lifestyle by getting outside and playing ball games. Watch Jack and Jill climb up the hill to get some water but oh no, they fall back down again.

18. Hear the Drumbeat

Groove along with The Wiggles and some Wiggly Dancers as they dress up in some funky costumes and sing The Shimmie Shake! Sam Wiggle helps children with their numeracy skills in Dr Knickerbocker as he counts up to number nine. Wags and Dorothy help children to understand the concept of flying and what kind of animals can fly and what animals cannot fly. Sam Wiggle sings a fun song about one of the five senses, smell, which helps children to understand the concept of smelling and details some things that give off a scent.

19. Teddy Bear Touch the Ground

Come aboard and watch the Wiggly Dancers dance away to The Banana Boat Song, while Sam Wiggle sings. Sam and Captain Feathersword tell a classic nursery rhythm, while Murray skillfully plays his mandolin and the Wiggly Dancers perform the tale to help children gain a visual aid. Dorothy the Dinosaur introduces opposites to children and she is then joined by The Wiggles who look at different opposites and demonstrate them to children. A beautiful ballerina dances with a teddy bear in Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, Turn Around. Murray involves the audience by asking them to assist him in finding out what Anthony is dressed up as. This encourages children to observe and use the power of deduction to identify what items of clothing Anthony has on and what outfit these items make up. Children gain an overview about relationships in a fun and exciting way as The Wiggles, Dorothy and the Wiggly Dancers sing and dance to The Farmer In The Dell.

20. Meadowsweet and Lady Smocks

Come running, jumping and skipping with The Wiggles as they promote a healthy physical lifestyle in their song Getting Strong! Venture outside to the garden as Dorothy shows you some beautiful flowers and Captain Feathersword shows some interesting insects as they sing English Country Garden. Buckle up and come for a drive in the Big Red Car as The Wiggles show you what they love doing and what all the Wiggly characters love doing. Children are encouraged to observe general life skills as Dorothy helps Wags to open his can of doggy treats. Sam then sings a song The Five Senses which helps children to understand about the five senses. It takes children through the five steps and explains the features used to smell, see, feel, listen and taste. Children are assisted with their numeracy skills in The Fairy Dance, as one by one fairies appear encouraging children to use addition to work out how many fairies are dancing.

21. Ding, Ding, Dong!

Watch The Wiggles dress up and help children learn to count in a fun rhyming way as they sing This Old Man. Children are exposed to different languages throughout Wiggles songs, one such song in this episode is Frere Jacques. Dorothy the Dinosaur sings the lyrics in French then Sam sings them in English. Children are encouraged to join in when Captain Feathersword asks for their help in trying to work out what Anthony is dressed up as today by identifying different clothing items one at a time. Captain Feathersword and Anthony teach children about echoing by Anthony copying what Captain Feathersword had said. They then mirror each other to demonstrate how you can copy someone's movements. The Captain and a Wiggly Dancer help to act out one of the classic nursery rhymes Little Miss Muffet as Sam Wiggle narrates the story.

22. Buzz, Buzz, Buzz

Watch as The Wiggles, Dorothy, Wags, Henry and some beautiful ballerinas sing and dance along to Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. Achillia the Mouse dances the ballet while the Wiggly Dancers do some beautiful ballroom dancing to a Swedish Rhapsody at Achillia's ball. Mary's little lamb follows her everywhere, it even follows her to school. Watch as The Wiggles sing and their friends dance along to Mary Had A Little Lamb. Henry, Dorothy and Wags help children understand the importance of learning to swim and talk about the different strokes you can use in a fun and exciting way with demonstrations as a visual aid. The Wiggles take us to Spain with the help of the Fernandos and some Wiggly Dancers as they perform La Bamba.

23. Shall We Dance?

Vibrant colours and eye catching costumes bring You Make Me Feel Like Dancing to life. Leo Sayer teams up with The Wiggles to sing this smash hit as they introduce children to modern language and sing the last chorus in Greek. The Wiggles assist children with literacy skills by using letters to spell out their names. They then get the help of Henry and Captain Feathersword in a game of musical statues. This game assists children with learning the physical movement of their bodies by using different levels. Come to London to visit the queen as The Wiggles and their friends dance and sing to London Bridge.

24. Dance This Way

The Wiggles take us off to the seven seas as they sing A Sailor Went To Sea and the Wiggly Dancers dance along and even do some Irish dancing! As Prince Michael begins his journey to find his princess follow along and meet some interesting characters along the way in Black Velvet Band. Dress up in some funky outfits and join The Wiggles in grooving along to The Shimmie Shake! As The Wiggles sing I Spy they assist children with literacy skills such as the sound of letters.

25. Kittens and Mittens

Dr Knickerbocker helps children count to nine in a new take on the classic version. Captain Antonio takes you across the seas to Jamaica to watch The Wiggles and the Wiggly Dancers sing and dance along to The Banana Boat Song! Anthony, Murray, Captain Feathersword and Wags the Dog help to educate children on different types of healthy vegetables in a fun and entertaining way which draws in the children's attention. See Jeff, Anthony and Captain Feathersword dress up as kittens and help them find their mittens in Three Little Kittens.

26. Surf, Sand and Sun

Children are encouraged to develop fine and gross motor skills by following The Wiggles fun movements in One Finger, One Thumb. This Old Man then helps children to learn numeracy skills, as a child is learning to count with vibrant colours and fun costumes. The Wiggles get the assistance of Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus to help enlighten children on different animals and how they can have a different number of legs. They use various examples to demonstrate this to children. Sam gets the help of Captain Feathersword to help educate children about the skeletal system in Dry Bones. Wags and Dorothy play an energetic ball game which encourages children to work together and co-operate for the game to work.
