Davina meets Robin Dixon from Clacton-on-Sea who is hoping to lose 10 stone to help get his old self-back. The 37-year-old has battled with his weight his whole life and tipped the scales at 36 stone. Now with serious health issues, Robin has decided it's time to take action. Will he be able to lose the weight and get his life back?

Davina meets father of three Chris Peters, who has set himself the challenge to lose 7 stone. The plumber from West Sussex has decided its time to get fit for the sake of his family, but will he be able to achieve his goal?

In this episode Davina meets Karen Jackson a 40-year-old nurse from Brighton who is hoping to lose half her body weight so she can finally have IVF treatment. Having struggled with her weight throughout her life, Karen has decided that now if the time to finally make her dream a reality.

Today, Davina meets childhood sweethearts Fiona and David Eastwood both 38 from London who are hoping they will finally be able to have their longed for child via a surrogate. The pair have been together for nearly 25 years and have suffered years of failed IVF attempts. Will this be the year they finally get their wish?

6. Episode 6

Aired: 12/7/2016

In the final episode of the series, Davina meets Rebecca, 37 and Richard Francis, 35 from Camarthen in Wales who are hoping to finally be able to extend their family and have a child. After suffering a number of miscarriages and unsure if this is linked to Rebecca's diabetes, the couple are hoping a new treatment method will allow them to finally have the baby they long for.
