As the mission proceeds almost too smoothly, a troubling realization about the date reveals that something far more serious is approaching.

Knowing that a devastating earthquake is approaching, Cheng Xiaoshi desperately tries to warn Chen Xiao’s friends and the surrounding villagers, but no one believes him. Xu Shanshan asks the studio to recover what her longtime friend Dong Yi told her during a drunken university gathering. While reliving the night through her photograph, Cheng Xiaoshi notices something unsettling and becomes distracted from the original assignment, drawing him into a mystery that may be more dangerous than it first appears.
