Nahida Orujova

Orujova Nahida daughter of Maluk was born on July 18, 1961 in Baku. In 1984 she graduated from the Dramatic-Acting faculty of the Azerbaijan State Art Institute. She worked for Sumgait State Drama Theater for a while. During this time there she participated in a number of performances. In 1993, she was assigned to the soloist-vocalist at the Musical Comedy Theater named after Sh. Gurbanov. The actress also starred in the several movies. She was "Music Teacher” in "Asif, Vasif and Aghasif” (1983), "Servant” in "Separation” (2008) , "Doctor” in "We will return” (2007), "Plaintiff” in "Special Situation” (1986), "Rubabe” in "Protect men” (2006), "Sadagat” in "Maiden Tower” (2000) and "Girls” (2007), "Saleswoman” in "Moscow-Baku train" (2005), "Asim Aliyevich's wife” in "How beautiful this world is..” (1999), "The woman in the bar” in "Light in the window" (film-show), "Yenga” in "Spasiobo” (1998), "Sabina's mother” in "Top Secret” (2004), "Greta” in "Burned bridges" (2003), "Housemaid Kubra” in "Cargo" (1995), "Husniyya” in "Homeland” (1997). N. Orujova was awarded the Honored Artist in 2012. The actress is also rewarded with Presidential Pension.
